Roughness is by all account not the only move that ought to be made
towards oppressors. A few casualties of abuse have succeeded in battling
against persecution through peaceful activities. For instance, Martin
Luther King Jr. has slowly affected numerous people through his
discourses and walks. Viciousness isn't just an image of being abused.
Brutality can be perpetrated from multiple points of view. Truth be
told, savagery can be brought on upon the individuals who are the
oppressors. There are various activities that could be shared to
conflict with abuse, a few including quiet strikes, discourses, and
walks.
In my opinion it depends on the situation and how badly
they are being oppressed and when to take action because in some
situations it may not be such a big thing and can deal with it another
way but then there are times were violence just has to happen in order
to get your point across. Because if violence was never used to get a
point across then i feel the world and society today would be totally
different as it is there are many people whom feel like they can treat
and talk to certain people however they feel just because they are
"wealthy" or the government would probably still have something in the
area of slavery so for that reason there is always a need for violence
however it depends on the situation you may be in.

Argumentation #5
Slavery in the
U.S captured the eyes in America quicker than any other movement before
it, especially during the Civil War. During, and before the civil war,
many were treated badly, mostly African Americans were slaves during
that era and mostly all of them were uneducated. The slaves were treated
as animal or toys. When slaver was abolished after the Civil War, the
idea of slavery is still kept alive thats why they never got anything in
return from being mistreated by the whites.
I support Thomas Sowell's idea of refuting reparations because its true that slavery harmed a lot of African Americans. However, it happen more than 200 years ago and most of the slaves back then is probably dead by now. If you give the African Americans in present day reparations, they would only benifited what happen to the real slaves. You go out to the society today, you probably wont find anybody who is suffering from slavery. If you give them their reparations now, after 200 years, you will probably start the slavery trend of thought back, making them think like a prisoner again. It will start more trouble then it ever started with. If you give everybody reparations then the rich folks would also get them too or the one not in need. If you give the ones in need only then the other African American will also say that "why did he get but I didn't" or pretending to suffer from slavery so they could get the reparations. True reparations should be done, but it should be done 200 years ago rather than now, the society is settling right now why digged up what has been buried. I believed that no evidence - based attempt has been made to prove that a living individuals have been adversely affected by a slave system. Right now was not as bad as it was before the slave - owners died already and including the slaves.

Henry Lyman Morehouse claim is not right. I believe every individual has
the right to higher education. This country proclaims that every person in the United States of America
can make their dreams come true since this country is full of
opportunity. That may not be the case but it still doesn't take away
their opportunity for upward mobility. As part of minority, I grew up in a low-income community were society
sees the majority of us as failures or future failures. They only see
The Talented Tenth. The Talented Tenth may have started over 100 years
ago but society still believes in it. And in a way they started to
believe that every race has their Talented Tenth. With the program
Seminar and Gate it demonstrates how society has created special
programs for the Talented Tenth could be recruited and be on their own
little circle. Since Elementary school we notice the distinctive the
teachers make between students. By The "Talented Tenth" being put in
separate groups and classes makes the rest of the students feel inferior
to them and start to think "why try when all of the attention and hope
of succeeding in on them; the Talented Tenth."
Instead of helping every child in succeeding the district hand picks them and puts them in special programs just for them. This just worsen things. This kids are chosen with test taken in 2nd and 5th grade which is ridicoulous becuase their are kids who want to succeed and go to college who did not pass the test, myself included. I took the test in 5th grade and i was so close but i didnt reach the level the district wanted me to reach therefore, i wasnt consider the Talented Tenth. When i got to 6th grade and by best friend was in Gate she would brag about it and say that she was smart because she was in the gate program. Every time she will brag about being in the Gate program i would feel inferior and think im not smart enough, why am i here? From personal experience i know that this test and special programs for the Talented Tenth only makes the rest of us feel less.

Argumentation #3
There is an idea that we must challenge today. Those two debates are between cowards. The reason behind the actions you do is what draws the line
between a hero and a coward. There are people that are so nationalistic that they're willing to do for their country. Others would go home hoping to expect that they come back a hero. If you're fighting for the
end reward, why fight? There are many other ways to look great, ways
that that person may be passionate about.
The things we do always have a reason behind them; that reason is what counts. Are you doing the things for vain reasons or because you're really passionate about it? Cowardice and courageous coexist in a world that commonly throws them around and truly use the write connotation of the words. For example, some people say walking away from a fight is a cowardly act, or is that person freely being the bigger person by walking away? By realizing that there is more important things in their life but to risk it over emotions that are gonna last an hour? Being able to distinguish the two is what counts. Being courageous and cowardice is defined behind the true reasons of someones actions.

Mr. Dier, you probably watch many films in your life and interpret them many different ways. However, you need to see a film that will make you appreciate life than you already have. You may have criticize many but the film Slumdog Millionaire is a movie that reshapes the idea of what a life is. Many people take for granted the things we have and you may be one of them.
"Slumdog Millionaire" bridges these two Indias by cutting between a world of poverty and the Indian version of "Who Wants to be a Millionaire." It tells the story of an orphan from the slums of Mumbai who is born into a brutal existence. A petty thief, impostor and survivor, mired in dire poverty, he improvises his way up through the world and remembers everything he has learned. In these moments of realization, one of our topics covered in class is realism. This movie depicts realism of a country looked down upon. This will open up your mind and explore a different perspective in life that you'll appreciate more.

Argumentation #1
The whole controversy over the Gold and White dress, or is it blue and black, is pointless This is basically what portrays our society as being stupid. It becomes even more motivated when someone says, "Hey what a pretty Blue and Black dress" corresponding with
fifteen likes. What color is the dress? It is in fact a blue and black
dress, but how can that be when others viewed it as completely
different?
People only feed in to this situation because they feel left out and out of the "debate". Although why does this matter? Why is it important that some see
the dress as blue and others white? It shows the different perspectives
people have and nothing is ever black and white... or in this case black
and blue. Everyone has their own opinions no matter how stupid it can be, and no one but yourself can accept right and wrong.
Assertion Analysis #12
Ralph Waldo Emerson expresses about the individuality of
human kind.Everyone is unique and different in their own way. Individuality begins when it he writes "we
will speak our own minds..." and "each believes himself inspired by the
divine soul". Both quotes speak about how each persons is their own
individual, that they have their own minds. When Emerson states "A
nation of men will for the first time exist" I believe he is talking
about Democracy. How the United States was the first democratic country
in the Americas.
A rhetorical device Emerson uses is repetition. Ralph Waldo Emerson repeats the phrase; "we will..." giving it the words more emphasis. By him doing this he portrays his willingness to get his point across. Also by repeating this two words it establishes how all this things haves something in common, similar in some extent.
